International Services Front Desk
No appointment is necessary to submit a request. Please note that requests may require a longer time frame for processing during busy times of the year. If you have not heard back from the ISO within 15 days, please feel free to email the ISO or your advisor, in case of technical issues or if the completion email sent didn't go through.
The ISO Front Desk cannot provide immigration advice, however they can answer general questions about ISO business processes, procedures, and contact information for any ISO staff member. The ISO Front Desk can also usually give updates about document requests.
- Monday through Friday: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Official Break Hours)
The ISO is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on GW designated holidays.
