International Services Front Desk

No appointment is necessary to submit a request. Students and scholars can drop off document requests any time the ISO is open.  Requests can take a longer time frame for processing during busy times of the year. If you have not heard back from the ISO within 15 days, please feel free to email the ISO or your advisor, in case of technical issues or if the completion email sent didn't go through.

The ISO Front Desk cannot provide immigration advice, however they can answer general questions about ISO business processes, procedures, and contact information for any ISO staff member. The ISO Front Desk can also usually give updates about document requests.

Office Hours

  • Monday through Friday: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Official Break Hours)

Drop off or pick up documents and for scheduled appointments. The ISO is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on GW designated holidays.

  • Visit Drop-In Quick Start Advising - available on a first-come-first-served basis in the Colonial Crossroads lobby, Monday - Thursday 1:30 - 3:30 for advising appointments that will take no more than 5 minutes
