The GW Writing Center
The GW Writing Center offers free, peer-based support to students and faculty from across the university. Clients participate in one-on-one sessions with student consultants on their projects at all stages of the writing process.

Academic Commons is a “one-stop shop” for academic resources and services across the university. GW offers a wide range of academic support, offered by a variety of departments and divisions.
Digital News Subscriptions
GW offers full online access to The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal to current students, faculty, and staff. This access is in addition to the thousands of resources available through the GW Libraries.
GW Student Health Center
The Student Health Center (SHC) is a multidisciplinary, integrated, student healthcare service that provides outpatient confidential, student centered care in an accessible, safe, culturally sensitive, and supportive environment.

Office of Advocacy & Support
The Office of Advocacy and Support provides trauma-informed and healing-centered confidential support to GW students impacted by sexual violence, relationship violence, and/or stalking.

The International Student Community Ambassadors (ISCAs) developed the ISCA Housing Guide for International Students to help orient students to the apartment search in the DC area. The guide contains helpful tips on apartments, neighborhoods, and what to know during the rental process.
