F-1 and J-1 Student Employment
As an F-1 or J-1 student, you have several employment options available to you, all of which are incidental to your full-time course of study. Each option carries its own eligibility requirements and authorization processes. Because unauthorized employment constitutes a violation of your immigration status, the ISO provides resources and guidance to help you determine which option fits your circumstances and how to pursue it.
