Please remember, December and January are part of the winter holiday season in the United States, so be sure to check the GW Holiday Schedule to learn of the days when the university is closed.

Do you have questions or concerns about coming to the George Washington University or the United States?  Prior to arrival, newly admitted students can communicate with a GW Student Volunteer. Student Volunteers can answer general questions about:

• Airport arrival and the public transportation system

• Check-In, ISO Welcome Center Services, and Orientation

• Student life at GW, Academics, and American culture
